This Village Landings home is no comparison to any other soundfront home in Pirates Cove. All these pendant lights were appointed by Edison bulbs. To give the living room more comfort on cooler evenings a new remote controlled fireplace with brick firebox, was installed with deluxe log set and thermostatically controlled blower unit. In addition to a 7’ new Anderson sliding glass door, the owners replaced the front steps with custom steps, installed a whole-house dehumidifier and installed a new HVAC to include a new air handler and additional ductwork to balance the air flow during the remodeling. The home was also painted inside and out and repainted again in 2016 all outside porches, lattice foundation, carport and exterior front door assembly. In 2017 12 new Pella windows facing the sound and designed for waterfront environment were installed. For the boater, there is a private soundfront pier with a motorized boat lift. The HOA may assign a 30' boat slip in the Ballast Point Canal with buyer vessel qualifications.
